A "Titan" in our Midst

Titan 100 has recognized our company President, Jason Young, as one of its 2023 Wisconsin Titan 100!

This inaugural award, from a growing national program that covers six cities and states, recognizes “Titans of industry who demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision, passion, and influence in their field.”

Jason is the only award winner involved in fabricating metal, whether in Milwaukee or elsewhere in Wisconsin. “You have proven to demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision, passion, and influence in your field,” said Jaime Zawmon, founder and President of Titan 100.

The Wisconsin Titan 100 are a professionally diverse group. The members represent organizations involved in manufacturing, technology, health care, construction/real estate, education, and financial and professional services.

“The Titan 100 program recognizes the top 100 CEOs & C-level executives. They are the area’s most accomplished business leaders in their industry using criteria that includes demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion,” the Titan 100 web site states.

Jason was quick to note that, while grateful for the honor, he fully credits a team effort for his being chosen. A fantastic surrounding cast of employees, customers, vendors and strategic partners makes all the difference.

“Thank you to all who have lent their support, because an honor like this is never achieved by just one person,” Jason said. “So many people have worked together, directly and indirectly, to help me and further the success of 3Up Metal Works. Our community is unmatched in its generosity and willingness to lift one another up.”

Jason and the other Titan 100 honorees will be recognized at a Jan. 12 celebration at Fiserv Forum. None of this would have been possible without the many valued partners of him and Milwaukee metal fabricator 3Up Metal Works. Thanks to all who contributed to this award becoming a reality!
